Katsunuma Fruits Marathon

A large and revelrous group of Nambanners journeyed to the Yamanashi wine country west of Tokyo for the Katsunuma Fruits Marathon on October 17. The team enjoyed 10k, half-marathon and 23k races through the grapevine draped hills and mountains, and enjoyed sampling the local grapes and wines. Chika (pictured) scored a podium finish in the 23k race which climbed 1250m up the side of Mount Daibosatsu.
